What is the cancelation or change policy? If you wish to cancel or change, you must do so online by e-mailing cancellation@bikinihostel.com. Cancellations and changes will not be accepted by telephone. You will still be liable for and charged 10%. For bookings of non-peak days, you must cancel or change, before 3:00 PM, up to 2 days prior to the first day of the days you originally booked. For bookings of peak days, you must cancel or change, before 3:00 PM, up to 10 days prior to the first day of the days you originally booked. If the cancellation or change is not made within the time allotted, you will still be liable for and charged the full amount. The terms and conditions of our cancellation and change policy supersede the terms and conditions of the cancellation or change policy of any third party booking agent you may have booked through. What types of rooms are available? The hostel has apartments and houses to satisfy any size group in any bed arrangements: from 12, 10, 8, and 6 bed dorms and house to 4, 2 and 1 bed private rooms. Most beds are singles, with some doubles, queens, and kings and all dorm rooms have in-suite bathrooms and kitchens. Do you accept large groups? Yes. Do you offer luggage storage? Yes. Is there an airport shuttle service? Yes. A shuttle service is available 24 hours a day at reservations@supershuttle.net or 800-BLUE-VAN. What time is check-out and check-in? 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM. Do the rooms have their own bathrooms? Yes Do the rooms have their own kitchens? Yes Is tax included in the price? No, tax is NOT included in the price. Tax is 13%. What methods of payment do you accept? Cash and credit cards. Where can I park? We have some parking spots on site. They must be reserved in advance. There is additional parking on the street and in a nearby parking garage. Parking charges apply. Is breakfast really free? Yes. Is there a curfew? No. Is there housekeeping? Yes. Bikini Hostel is the cleanest hostel in Miami Beach. All common areas and rooms are maintained as needed based on your occupancy plan. Washer and dryer units are available on site. Are foreign language speaking guides available to show us around? Yes. We have English, Spanish, French, Hebrew, and Farsi speaking guides available. Other language guides available as well on advance notice. Is there anything else I should know? Come prepared to have fun! |
