Do you accept large groups?

Yes!  Email us at info@bikinihostel.com to get a special group rate.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes, and it’s free for all our guests.

Is there an airport shuttle service?

Yes.  A shuttle service is available 24 hours a day at reservations@supershuttle.net or 800-BLUE-VAN.  Also check out our Contact page for information on transportation to and from the major airports.

What time is check-out and check-in?

11:00 AM & 3:00 PM.

Do you offer early check in and late check out?

Yes, we offer both.  Please ask front desk for more information.

Do the rooms really have their own bathrooms?

The bungalow, apartments, and studios have their own bathroom.  Most dorm rooms have their own bathroom; if not, the bathroom is shared with another room.

Are all taxes and fees included in the price?

Fourteen percent taxes are not included and added with a four dollar per person daily resort fee and a refundable twenty dollar on time check out, linen, key card & security deposit.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, or credit card with a five percent fee.

Where can I park?

Bikini Hostel has private parking available on a first come first serve basis.  There is additional parking on the street and in a nearby parking garage.  Parking charges apply.

Is breakfast and dinner really free?

Yes!  Both are totally free for our guests.

Is there a curfew?

No.

Is there housekeeping?

Yes.

Do you have a washing machine and dryer for guests to use?

Yes.

Are there any available tours?

Yes. We offer many different city tours as well as to shopping malls, Everglades, Orlando & Key West.  Ask our front desk for more information.

What is the cancellation or change policy?

Booking modifications should be requested from the site the booking was made. If booked on this site, it is free to make reservation changes emailed to info@bikinihostel.com by three pm, three days* prior to the reservation start date, at which point the first night & tax** is non refundable and automatically billed to guarantee the reservation and if unable to collect, the booking will automatically be cancelled.

*Fourteen days for High Season / Special Events & Holidays: Boat show, Coconut Grove Arts Festival, Food & Wine Festival, Spring Break/Ultra – Entire month of March, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4, Labor Day, Caribbean Festival/Columbus Day, Art Basel and Christmas/New Year – Entire month of December. Google any year’s exact dates, for any of the preceding list, and include the Thursday on or before through the Monday on or after. **Total Booking fee and tax for High Season / Special Events & Holidays.

 

The terms and conditions of our cancellation and change policy supersede the terms and conditions of the cancellation or change policy of any third party booking agent you may have booked through.
